Early Access Terms
These terms apply when you submit an early access application or participate in Maison One's pre-launch community.
1. Who may apply
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. Information you provide must be accurate and must relate to you.
2. Early access is not guaranteed
An application expresses interest only. Maison One may accept, waitlist, decline, pause, or end early access at any time. Applying does not create employment, agency, partnership, or a promise of paid work or service availability.
3. Early-stage service
Maison One is developing a human connection and lifestyle platform. Early features, roles, eligibility rules, locations, and timelines may change. During this stage, Maison One is not a dating, medical, mental-health, emergency, transportation, or caregiving service.
4. Member and Keeper roles
You may express interest as a Member, a Keeper, or both. A Keeper application does not authorize you to provide services through Maison One. Separate screening, safety requirements, and provider terms may apply before any future activation.
5. Safe and lawful participation
You must follow applicable law and the Maison One Community Guidelines. Do not use the platform to harass, exploit, discriminate against, deceive, threaten, or endanger another person, or to arrange prohibited or unlawful activity.
6. Communications
You authorize Maison One to contact you about your application, research, interviews, safety checks, or early access. Promotional messages will require any separate consent required by applicable law, and you may withdraw that consent.
7. Privacy
Maison One handles application information as described in the Privacy Notice. Please do not submit highly sensitive personal, financial, health, identity-document, or emergency information through the early access form.
8. Changes and applicable rights
We may update these terms as the service develops. A new version will be presented when renewed consent is appropriate. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited under the laws that apply to you.
